Fidelis Tamangani, joins Chris & Del Realtors P/L as a Senior Sales Consultant. He is a Zimbabwean national with over 20 years of professional experience in infrastructure projects development, financing and management in both Eastern and Southern Africa. Fidelis has managed projects working with private sector lending banks and major donors including, World Bank, German Development Bank (KfW), USAID, Water.Org, International Relief and Development, NMB Bank Limited and Agribank (AFC Holdings).

As a Senior Sales Consultant at Chris & Del Realtors, Fidelis is skilled in cultivating lasting client relationships, understanding diverse client needs, and guiding clients through each stage of the sales process with professionalism and integrity. His responsibilities encompass the strategic marketing and promotion of properties across multiple platforms, conducting viewings, and negotiating transactions that align with both client objectives and company standards.

Fidelis remains well-informed on market dynamics and relevant legal requirements to ensure all transactions comply with Zimbabwean real estate regulations. In addition, at Chris & Del Realtors, Fidelis is responsible for maintaining meticulous sales records, and proactively identify new business opportunities to support sustainable growth and deliver exceptional client service.

Fidelis is a holder of a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from the University of Zimbabwe and a BSc honours degree in Natural Resources Management and Agriculture from the Midlands State University in Zimbabwe.
